Small update with some fixes and improvements:
- Skip button not being visible when config failed to apply.
- Fixed pack version text being invisible on version 1.21.8.
- Refactored config categories and text to be clearer.
- You can now change tab design with a command, just like the performance profile.
- Fixed update version comparing logic.
