Changes:
- Runic ritual sacrifies no longer need to stand directly on the runic core but rather in a 2 block radius around it. (Backported from 1.21)
- Fixed runic charges not working
- Made anvil smashing more reliable (Backported from 1.21)
- Fixed runic core suggesting wrong position for placement
