## 1.21.010 : Various Fixes
- Feed Command permission level 3 -> 0 ( vitrually 2, because the code check if you are permission level 2 or a certain gamerule is on )
- Add /oxmods jobs [reset/max]
- Add logging code for jobsbreakblock[miner|farmer] for debuuging purpose
- remaking hammer smelt code
- Fix a bug where hammer with smelt does not given xp
- Add support for smetting craft xp on hammer with smelt enchantement
- Fix a bug with where hammer give way too many xp on stone break and where broking xp system
- Starting to add a fix to hammer who have smelt to not drop the center block 2 times by changing on server side the hammer code
