This update fixes some new 1.21 bugs, as well as some very long-standing ones.

- Fixed shadow flickering when TAA is enabled (unfortunately only fixed in Iris)
- Fixed `Streamer Mode` darkness affecting clouds
- Fixed 1.21 block selection outline in Iris
- Fixed 1.21 entities/block entities in Iris
- Fixed snowy & rainy biome detection in Iris
