Fixed the mixin crash on 0.0.4 update, Highly recommended to update.

Remove: mixin.debugaid as it decreases the performance.
Remove: mixin.bugfix as it a duplicate fix, it already fixed Forge.
Fix: server requires client to restart to join the server for the second time.
