Changes

- NeoForge Support! - Fix Nasty Crash (thanks to @IPECTER) - SSL Private Key and Cert can now be passed to protoweaver via environment variables. This is useful when running protoweaver in docker. The two new variables are `PROTOWEAVER_PRIVATE_KEY` and `PROTOWEAVER_CERT`
