Definitely not a small update
## What's new
* Updated C2ME, Controlify, Fabric API, Iris, Mod Menu, Reese's Sodium Options, Sodium, Sodium Extra, YetAnotherConfigLib
* Updated Sodium to 0.9.2, including a new terrain buffer allocation system, tons of improvement and bug fixes
* The game now runs in Borderless Windowed mode by default on first-run
* Removed restrictive license mod 'Crash Assistant', which does not comply with our current policy of mod addition
* Unfortunately, there was no equivalent alternatives of it so we will keep it removed just like 3.5.x and below
* Cleaned-up some configuration files
