Fixed a crash that could happen during powered rail neighbor updates in Minecraft 1.20.x-1.21.1.
- Fixed a null source position in rail update notifications
- Improved compatibility with redstone-powered rail update chains
### Note
Only v1.5 in 1.20-1.21.1 is affected, older versions work normally.
