A complete reborn of Saplanting.
1. Add language support, now dedicated server is the only side that require mod installation.
2. Add property multiThread, run saplanting on dedicated thread when enabled, default value: true.
3. Fix Bug #10: Crash while property "allowXXX" is enabled.
