Sugar Canes can now be placed and grow if a leaking Copper Pipe is around! Entities are counted as wet if they're below a leaking Copper Pipe and the pipe is within 12 blocks above said entity. Goodbye to Enderman! -This also means that axolotls and fish can survive indefinitely out of water as long as they're below a leaking pipe. -This change also applies to all coral blocks as well, although coral will be able to survive in a slightly bigger area away from the leaking pipe.
