Fixes the default "Toggle Use" Controller option being ON instead of OFF (Overlooked since Toggle Use/Attack don't work for controller on the L4J beta Simply Legacy uses)
If you've installed 1.0.0, disable Toggle Use in your Controller options, as this option _will_ work once the pack updates to L4J stable
