- Changed many configs to be conditional. Meaning configs will be enabled/disabled as other configs are changed in the menu. Due to how conditional configs work in Fzzy Config, I expect this change to break some mods that depend on Subtle Effects' configs

- Adds support for chests and decorated pots spawning bubbles underwater
- This also fixes Lootr chests spamming the chest opening sound underwater

- Fixed mod compatibility mixins causing log errors on startup (MixinConstraints is now an embedded dependency)
- Fixed the `replaceDustWithBubblesUnderwater` config being untranslated
- Fixed spectators being able to spawn splashes
- Fixed crash with Sable, making the mod compatible with Create Aeronautics ([#221](https://github.com/MincraftEinstein/SubtleEffects/pull/221), [#222](https://github.com/MincraftEinstein/SubtleEffects/issues/222))
