- the timer now shows one decimal to make it easier to tell when it will explode
- renamed scoreboards for better compatibility
- added an uninstall function (`/function tnt_timer:uninstall`)
- updated pack icon to match the new modrinth icon
- fixed a bug which broke the timer in the nether and the end
