- Trash enabled state is now **saved persistently** and remains after server restarts (```data.yml```).
- Added new messages:
- ```trash-disabled``` (shown when players try to use Trash while disabled)
- ```trash-enabled``` / ```trash-disabled-admin``` (admin feedback)
- Added new permission: **trash.toggle** (default: OP).
