- **`/trimsmp give <rdial|cdial> <player>`** — Admins can now give Reverse Dial and Cooldown Dial directly to players via command
- **WorldGuard support** — Ability activation can now be blocked in configured regions. Configurable via `worldguard.enabled` and `worldguard.disabled-regions` in config.yml

- Added `worldguard` section with `enabled` toggle and `disabled-regions` list
- WorldGuard is a soft dependency and fully optional
