- Added WorldEdit support
- Added a new option, `place_on_replaceable_blocks`, false by default. In Underlay's config you can now set the OP level needed for the `/underlay` command, which you can edit config entries with. This specific option, if enabled, lets you place blocks inside of e.g. grass without it breaking.
