## Changes:
- New Ambient Sounds for Waypoint Hubs are now only being played when the block below the Waypoint Hub is one of the following:
- Prismarine: Conduit Sound
- Glass: Beacon Sound
- Obsidian: Portal Sound
- Made Ambient Sounds quieter
