Same as with my other mods, bringing 1.16.5-1.20.4 Fabric, NeoForge and Forge to the same codebase.
## Changes
- Backport all changes/updates down to 1.16.5
- Add support for PlayerAnimator, so the cape will react to mods like Better Combat or EmoteCraft
