Patch Notes:
- Added support for `1.21.10`.
- Fixed not being able to set positions 1 and 2.
- Fixed outline not showing when 2 positions were selected.
- Fixed block outline not showing when looking at a block within range when holding the wand.
- Outline is now enabled by default and can be toggled on or off.
- Reduced the number of particles the outlines would show.
- Added a "No valid position found.".
- Improved code efficiency when selecting positions (less lag).
Important Note:
- `1.21.9` may or may not have broken custom advancements since the this patch does not work in `1.21.9`, but does work in `1.21.10`. This is not confirmed, but this came out of my personal tests.
