Patch Notes:
- Fixed commands returning 1 and not doing the operation.
- Fixed uneven and even selected area rotation.
- Fixed rotation offset.
- Fixed stairs not rotating their blockstate.
- Added `/function we:tools/redo` command. This can redo up to 10 operations (undo included).
