### Port to 1.21.1 - Changes
* **Keg**: Now includes brewing time and experience parameters, allowing custom craft duration and XP rewards (tweakable via datapacks). The block also plays a sound similar to the Brewing Stand when crafting completes.
* **Consumables**: Updated so all consumable items correctly return their container or remainder when used.
* Added a config option to adjust how long **Tree Taps** take to produce Syrup.
* Increased the rarity of the **Tavern** structure.
* Increased the rarity of most **Overworld** resources.
* Fixed an issue preventing **Maple Signs** and **Maple Hanging Signs** blocks from being placed.
* Increased stack size for **Jams** and **Mead** to 16.
* Revised **Tags** to ensure compatibility with other mods.
