Added reach-around mechanic (I am not writing much on this since the page refreshed and wiped my writing).
When on a block, looking down between 42.7 and 61.0 degrees, you will place the block in your hand in front of you!
Looking down further can place even lower if there is a neighboring block.
Disclaimer: No code was copied from anywhere else, I got inspiration from Vazkii and Mojang for this mechanic as it is bedrock parity!
