Update for project structure, test suite and parent version
- Update suppression rules for PMD warnings
- Update all test classes to align with the suppression rule PMD.JUnitJupiterTestShouldBePackagePrivate.
- Migrate AsyncSaver from extending Thread to implementing Runnable. Adjusted associated logic to use Thread objects for execution.
- Update project POM files to use parent version 2.10.0.
