In the progress the whole handler structure is changed and modifications can now simply be done via the SimpleQuestItemHandlerRegistry instead of re-creating all Handlers for every change.
Also the `simple` item now uses the instruction for parsing which means placeholders can now only be used for values and not over multiple parts.

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle.
