### Implemented Baseline Functionality
- Adds the "Boost" enchantment
- Compatible on elytra
- Max level V
- Propels the player forward while gliding
- Velocity increases with level
- Player can SNEAK while gliding to "Brake" and stop the propulsion so long as SNEAK is held
- Adds the "Boost (evil)" enchantment
- Same functionality as normal "Boost" but with a max level of X and much more aggressive scaling
Notably
- Enchant is not currently obtainable in survival
- The enchant can be applied using "/enchant" or by retrieving the enchanted book(s) from the creative menu
- Use in survival and more "vanilla-friendly" means of acquisition and scaling will be added in shortly upcoming versions
