Updated pack format to 107 for MC26.2 Compatibility
- Pack format 107 includes a breaking change to entity subpredicates utilized in this pack, so versions for MC26.2 and above will need to be maintained seperately from previous versions - I'll still plan to backport any future feature updates to MC versions 1.21.11->26.1.x as possible
