Updated pack format to 121 for MC26.3 Compatibility
similar note as from 1.0.1:
_Pack format 121 includes breaking changes to predicate and loot table definitions utilized in this pack, so versions for MC26.2 and above will need to be maintained seperately from previous versions - I'll still plan to backport any future feature updates to MC versions 1.21.11→26.2 as possible_
