Patch update to fix a couple of compatibility issues and also to use new Thermoo APIs.
* Fixes #70 - Unclear mixin crash with some (still unknown) mod
* Fixes #71 - Conduits cause excessive heat with Scorchful
* Use a different mob conversion method from Chillager -> Frostologer conversion that does not require explicitly invoking the Fabric API event
* Reduced required Fabric API version to 0.91 so this version is compatible with QSL.
* Increased required Thermoo version to 2.2
* Updated heart bar overlay and seasons integration to use Thermoo APIs
* Added some extra links in Mod Menu
