Changes:
- Changed Oversized Magnet and Oxygen Rock name colors to default white
- Added config options to scale Freedom and Happy effect bonuses
- Made all Freedom and Happy effect bonuses uniform percentages, fixing previous flat values
- Added a visual effect when the Tetanus effect drains a mob
- Slightly increased Happy effect bonuses
