- added a config value "Expect Merged Scroll Values"
- Windows: true by default, anything other: false by default
- this makes touchpad/mouse scroll differentiation more biased towards mouse scroll events (more events are considered mouse-scrolled)
- fixed being able to scroll even if there are not enough items in creative screen
- improved translucent gui background texture behaviour of the creative screen
