Adds **Explosive Snowballs**, a new weapon ~~of mass-destruction~~!
Crafted with _3 snowballs and 2 gunpowder in any shape_, these gunpowder-packed snow grenades explode on impact, dealing a medium amount of damage to all entities nearby.
Also added dispenser behaviors for all snowballs. Now you can automate your snow-based defense!
